October ‘82 - Present

Growing up half my life without the tech we have today has been a tremendous value to my life and service career. I remember days of the phone on the wall, my friends actually coming and knocking on my door for me, playing outside, and then… beepers, cd’s, DVD’s, cell phones, and eventually, the internet, were all there! Moving into the digital age left most of it behind, but with access to anything and everything online, we are connected more than ever. I grew up in a home where computers were present from the onset. My father worked tirelessly out of curiosity and taught me everything along the way. I’ve worked with PC’s most of my life, but recently, I’ve made the switch to all things Apple (and love it!). Most of my experience lies in software repair or replacement and I focus this venture on that: helping you find what works best for you! I am capable of network setup, and enjoy the challenges it brings. If social media seems like a burden, then fear no more! I am here for you. Twitter, Instagram and anything else that your grand-babies, toddlers, or teenagers are using, I can help organise that information with you.

Beyond my lifelong experience, I have experience with a top-notch company, Geek Squad. Working for this company brought to life the technological maven inside myself. Apple, and your personal genuis

March 2007 - Present

I fell in love with Apple at my first iPhone commercial in 2007. I still own, and probably always will, an iPhone, iPad, MacBook Air, and use 2TB (don't know what that is? let’s chat!) of cloud services with Apple. I love the genius bar and can easily instruct you (or happily do it for you!) to get help from Apple (I secretly wish to work for them!). I have accompanied many people to Apple when I wasn’t able to complete an action, such as Apple ID password changes when an old credit card no longer applied to the account or help with photo removal on a large scale that only Apple can do for us.

A “Big real estate company”, real estate coordinator and in-house computer repair technician

January 2005

As a real estate coordinator in the early 2000’s, I found myself inundated with faulty computer (PC’s, Windows) technology, given to me by the company. To do my job, I had to fix every computer in front of me; I essentially did double duty during this part of my life, wherein I had to have working machines and sell things to make money. I spent a lot of time repairing software, finding and installing new software in order to create and print material needed for my meetings/bosses. I am finally happy to say I am much more talented at fixing software issues than I ever was selling real estate.
